Curry Recipe Tip -
Onion

Most onions are purchased dry with a papery outer skin. The skin should be intact and the onion firm to the touch. The skin protects the onion from moisture loss. Store onions in a cool, dry location separate from other fruits and vegetables.

Curry Recipe Tip -
Habanero Chili Pepper

Chili peppers contain capsaicin, the source of a chilies heat, which can be very painful if it gets on the skin or into the eyes. Wearing protective gloves when handling chili peppers is always a good idea.
