Beets
Most people don’t like beets because they have never had them prepared the right way to bring out flavors, or because they were served out of a can. Cut the tops and any rootlets off fresh beets, wrap them in foil and roast on the grill
or in the oven. Roast at a low temperature until they have softened. Peel and enjoy!

Storing Vegetables
Most vegetables store best in a loose plastic bag placed in the crisper. Sealing the bag tightly traps in moisture and quickens softening.
