Chicken Curry Salad

Great for sandwiches, as a snack for serving on crackers, or served on a bed of lettuce. Fresh cooked chicken is a suitable substitute for the canned chicken.
Ingredients -
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Chili Oil
1 (10 ounces) can Chunk Chicken, drained
 
Preparation:

1. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper and chili oil in medium bowl.

2. Stir in chicken.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
