Cauliflower and potatoes in curry style casserole. Perfect served with poultry.
Ingredients -
4 cups Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 small Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 pinch of Asafetida
3/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
3/4 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1-1/4 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Preparation:
1. Add potatoes, cauliflower, asafetida, ground turmeric, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, sugar, tomatoes, water, and garam masala to crockpot.
2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
3. Serve hot.
